Refund Policy

We have a NO Refund policy. Once final designs are submitted to the customer the sale is final. Once a customer has placed an order for a digital download, all sales are final.

A customer may be granted a PARTIAL refund if only you decide you no longer want the service before initial design has began.

Customers are allowed up to 2 revisions before the final design.
